The EFSL Secretariat has a full time staff compliment of 74 of equally skilled and dedicated men and women in on-going projects and in various parts of the country.

We have offices in Freetown, the headquarters, Kambia, Kailahun, Bo, Kenema, Makeni and Koidu. The interventions include water and sanitation, food security, primary health education, HIV and AIDS, Evangelism and leadership development, theological training, advocacy and good governance.

We serve as a clearing house to facilitate member organizations in connecting them to donors and needed specialized services for the local church.

We provide a forum for individuals and other organizations in the region and the global family interested in serving the people of Sierra Leone.

EFSL does provide a cover for short and long term missionaries covering a wide range of interests from medical and building services to training, research, community development to mere tourism.
